Header1THE LEAN & CLEAN 30 DAY CHALLENGE IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS REACHING YOUR IDEAL WEIGHT AND ESTABLISHING HEALTHY LIFESTYLE HABITS.

 

Our commitment at CrossFit Plett is for you to experience life with more energy and vitality everyday. That you are able to do the things that you need to and want to do because your health and fitness allows you.

 

As such, we have created the Lean & Clean 30 Day Challenge. By the end of this program you will know what it takes to be lean and clean – how to eat right, fuel yourself efficiently and exercise enough to perform at your best each day. If it’s weight you want to lose, you’ll get that too!

 

This is a coaching program, and we will cover the following topics throughout the challenge:

 

What to eat, how to eat, when to eat (ie before, during, and after training). Do you train in the morning, or do you train in the afternoon? Are you training for performance, muscle gain, or weight loss?

 

Register for The Lean & Clean 30 Day Challenge! The Challenge begins on Saturday, January 30th at 11:00am to approximately 2:30pm (please book this time and do not plan on leaving early).

 

Challenge Costs:

R1250 for non-members
* a 15% discount will be applied if you sign a CrossFit Plett Membership, or are an existing CrossFit Plett member.
