“CrossFit and the amazing team at the Plett box have had such a massive impact on my life over the past five months.

 

The evidence is there physically: I’ve lost 14kg so far, but the weight-loss is however just a byproduct of my journey with CrossFit (kind of like an added bonus). The reason I started CrossFit was to live a healthier and more active life, something that has fallen by the wayside in between kids, work and keeping sane.

 

Just a few months into it, I’m well on my way of reaching that goal. I’m now healthier, I’m stronger, I move better, my energy levels are up, I sleep better and the list goes on.

 

And then I’m not even talking about the wonderful people you meet, who pushes through every workout with you and encourages you.

 

While CrossFit is about physical exercise, it has also done wonders for me mentally, for example seeing your progress, knowing that today you are able to something you couldn’t just a few weeks ago. It has given me so much more confidence.

 

It might seem daunting or intimidating walking into your first class, but everything is scaled to your abilities and it is truly wonderful to see how you grow over time.”
