CrossFit Plett focuses on training your body to move the way it is meant to through increasing your levels of energy, health and physical performance. We increase your levels of general athleticism by training you through constantly varied exercise sequences – the body is then forced to adapt. All exercises prescribed in the “Workout of the Day” (WOD) are adaptable to suit your personal fitness and skill level and will help you reach your fitness goals faster and more effectively than any other program out there. Because the CrossFit method is designed for scalability, it’s perfect for any committed individual regardless of age, fitness or experience. Unlike commercial gyms, we do not offer open gym hours. We have a workout schedule so each of our members train with an expert coach or coaches every time they workout. At CrossFit Plett workouts are 100% supervised, and you are coached every step of the way to achieve amazing results.
