CrossFit Plett does not look like, nor does it operate as a conventional gym. We are a training facility and ultimately, what you’re paying for is coaching.


Every class and every workout is different. And the coach works with you in every session to improve your technique, fitness, strength, mobility and flexibility. The prices below reflect the amount of coaching sessions per week, per month. Every membership includes ‘Open Gym’ sessions when you can come in and train by yourself. All new members to CrossFit must complete our On-Ramp course (Foundation program) which is included in the below membership.


CrossFit Membership Options

Our pricing below is based on a month-to-month agreement by debit order or payment in advance only. We require 30-days notice period for cancellation.


If you’re new:

On-Ramp foundation programR750.00 once off for 2-hour workshop, 8 sessions, incl. log book & 1 body assessment.


Membership fees:
(This gives you access to the gym every day & includes Mobility class every Saturday)

  • R575 pm for 2 CrossFit / Pilates classes per week (R64 per class)*
  • R775 pm for 3 CrossFit / Pilates classes per week (R60 per class)*
  • R975 pm for unlimited CrossFit / Pilates classes per week (R48 per class)
  • *As an existing member, you can add additional classes at R70 per class.


  • CrossFit Teens – (12 – 16 years old) R400 per month for 3 x per week.
  • Little Champs – (3-11 year olds) R300 per month for 2 x per week.


Special Offers & Family Memberships


  • Students, Pensioners, Active Military, Police/Fire/Ambulance personnel and teachers receive a 15% discount
  • Couples receive 10% discount off their membership each
  • Family Membership: If 1 parent becomes a member PLUS 1 child or more, then the parent/s and child/children receive 10% off their membership each


It seems pricey, but it’s not…

Membership at CrossFit Plett may seem more expensive than a mainstream conventional gym membership, but it is actually less expensive than Personal Training and that is what you are getting. Take for example what one pays at a typical Health Club while yielding little results: Gym Membership: R280 per month + Personal Training 1 day per week: R180, for a total of R1180 per month (5 weeks per month on average). Most would go religiously for the 1 day per week and outside of that only go occasionally for a spin class or to workout. At CrossFit Plett you get intensive group personal training 6 days a week (26 sessions more than at the other gym), you SAVE R340 per month with 5 times more sessions at CrossFit Plett. That means you have unlimited access and coaching on a daily basis – unbelievable!

All memberships require a minimum of 6 months commitment.


Drop-In Fee:

R125 for once-off sessions without membership.
