It’s time to get ready for our 2nd Box Competition! The first one was a great hit with lots of fun and games and prizes! Our 2nd Box Competition will run along a similar format.
Beginner and Experienced athletes will all work in teams completing two workouts which will released within the next week.
Entry is R50 cash per person and goes towards prize money for the winning teams.
